Rincy brings a wealth of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating the breadth of issues that arise from mental health and addictions. Rincy has supported a wide range of populations in her 10+ years in her career that include Indigenous People, seniors, youths in conflict with the law, first responders, healthcare providers, and families of individuals struggling with addictions and/or severe mental health challenges. Rincy’s professional experience in senior leadership has also granted her the exposure and understanding of the dynamics and challenges that present for senior administrators and upper-level management in both their professional and personal lives.
